
Shipping
How quickly will I receive my order: If the item is in stock, you will receive your order within 1 – 5 business days.
How will my order be sent: If you live in the UK, your order will be sent by Royal Mail ParcelForce (tracked and signed for service). If you live outside of the UK, your order will be sent by Royal Mail (International) ParcelForce (tracked and signed for service).
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Good Friday and Bank Holidays). Shipping within the United Kingdom is free with the delivery aim between 24 - 48 hours by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Shipping to the EU will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Tracked with the delivery aim of 3-5 business days.
Worldwide shipping will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Tracked with the delivery aim of 5-7 business days.
Orders for Out-of-Stock Items: Orders for items out of stock will be dispatched within 10-15 business days.
Returns - Damaged Items: Refund requests for damaged items must be made within 14 days after receipt of goods.
In the event that an item is damaged upon receipt, please return the item(s) in a new and unused condition and where possible, in the original packaging. When returning the damaged or faulty item(s) please put all items into one parcel bag and attach one returns label and take your items to the Post Office hand your parcel to Post Office Assistant who will scan the package and provide you with a tracking receipt which you should keep.
Once we are in receipt of the item(s) we will send an email to let you know when we’ve refunded your items.
Change of Order: Upon receipt of your order, in the event that you would like to change the original item for a different item, you must contact the I Want That Bag! team within 24 hours at tavia6382@gmail.com advising us of the new item you want, your name, email address, contact number and invoice number. You are responsible for the cost to return the item via Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK only) to: I Want That Bag! 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG and if in another jurisdiction outside of the UK an equivalent tracking, tracing and signed for service. Upon receipt of the item, a member of the I Want That Bag! team will check that the returned item is not damaged and the new item will be dispatched to you within 24 hours. If the item you want is out of stock, delivery will be 10-15 business days.
Changed Your Mind: To return any item(s) you no longer wish to keep, please return items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 28 days of being received. If you return items after 28 days we will issue you with a credit note. The 28 days start from the day after the items were delivered to your home address.
I Want That Bag! reserves the right to reject returns sent after the established deadline or items that are not in the same condition in which they were sent. You are responsible for the cost to return the item via Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK only) to: I Want That Bag! 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG and if in another jurisdiction outside of the UK an equivalent tracking, tracing and signed for service. When returning the item(s) please put the item(s) into one parcel bag and attach one returns label and take your item(s) to the Post Office hand your parcel to Post Office Assistant who will scan the package and provide you with a tracking receipt which you should keep.
Once we are in receipt of the item(s) and have checked that the item is not damaged we will send an email to let you know when we’ve refunded your items.
Please note: Refund timelines are dictated by your payment provider and are outside of our control. Refund timescales via PayPal, ApplePay and Google Pay can vary. Please refer to their guidelines for accurate and up to date information.
